Is there water for pedicures?
Sinks and water lines are in place. Bring your pedicure plans to the tour and we'll confirm the hookups and drain locations with you.
What about ventilation for acrylic work?
Ask us at the tour. We'll go over the HVAC and any exhaust or extraction you'd want for your services.
What about utilities and CAM?
CAM is estimated at $7 per square foot per year. Utilities, deposit and lease term are spelled out in your proposal after the tour.
Do I need a license for the space?
Yes. You obtain your own South Carolina salon license; we'll help with anything you need from the landlord side.
Can several of us share it?
Yes. Many of our prospects are two to four pros splitting one lease, often nails with a lash or brow artist.
